The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Office Update Service pac 2 wont install...

    I have tried everything...even getting the big files so I dont need the CD and it fails.

    I even installed the other 2 updates that come with it....i need to install it to get the other installs...but no dice.

    ANy ideas?

    First, is this a legal copy of Office? Second, what version of Office? Thrid, what error messages do you get?

    If the answer to #1 is "no", don't bother replying to the other two questions.
