Long story short... My DVD drive was locked thanks to Acer's crappy software. I finally fixed it today, and somehow when I installed Vista SP2 it messed up Office 2007 and when I click on the shortcut on the desktop it says "This action is only valid for products that are installed". I get the same when I try to uninstall it through the Program Manager.
When I go to install it, it gets 3/4 the way through, then I get this error:
I'm running Vista Home Premium with the SP2 beta installed.
And I've already tried reinstalling .NET.

I've got AVG installed, though I did read up something and tried installing it with it turned off, and still no luck.
I just did KB926804, when I install 946691, it says "This update does not apply to any products installed".
Let's see if .Net 1.1 fixes it. -
D@mnit. Failed again.
