Is there a program that will allow you to use a flash drive or hard drive to store any web page you have been to? I want to be able to have something that will store every page I go to. Meaning everything on the page. Ads, flash, videos and all. Then when you go back to the web page with the hard drive or flash drive plugged in then it would update the web page.
Also it would be good if some how the web browser could use the data instead of another program displaying the saved web pages. Plus it would be good if this storage could be used as some high speed cache so that when you go to a web page with a lot of pictures or video then you could load them quicker, and this would be faster if you have slow internet from being at a local hot spot or hotel.
Please tell me what you think of this if there is not already one.

Try http://www.httrack.com/
Browsers already do this, it is the cache that builds up in your hard drive. Depending on your settings, it might dump the cache everytime you restart the browser or every time you load the page it will look for an updated version. -
And is there some way to use them with out having the program installed?
And the cache won't work when I'm going to blocked web pages at my school.
And it did not seam to help much when i was at my grandparent's house with 500k download. -
It all depends on your settings like I said everything. If you have it set to check for new versions everytime you load a page it isn't going to help much.
