This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Heh. I'm sure Wild Tangent will overcome this given time (if they have not already).

    All of my previous HP's had WT preinstalled on them, but I don't think it was on my latest Vista machine. Now I know why.... ;)

    I usually uninstall the Wild Tangent software and all of it's component's anyway. I have been just wiping all of my latest computers completely clean and reinstalling from scratch to get rid of unwanted ware.(Bloat ware. Spy ware...etc ;)
