Does anyone trust just one program that kills Spyware, Adware, and anything else you can think of. I am using two spyware kill programs and one for adware. Is there one that people know of that will cover everything and I can feel confident that they are not missing stuff. Can some people list off some of what they are using, happy with it or not.
I'm using Spybot and Spysweeper, along with Adaware. They seem to work fine but I have to run them all to get results.
    Thanks,
    Mike.

Thanks, I actually do use Mozilla but was hoping that someone had a suggestion for a all-in-one spy/adware program. Or at least let me know if they are using multiple apps as well for this purpose.

If you wan to protect yourself from spyware, I would suggest you use an internet browser that is not Internet Explorer. I personally use Mozilla, but there are others like Opera or Netscape amongst others. Most of the stuff is written for Internet Explorer. I use my firewall to block Internet Explorer's ability to get out on the net. Good Luck.

I think there are more people writing spyware than anti-spyware.

Ars Technica recent tests with various spyware tools concluded that at least three different removers are currently needed to keep up with the moving-target spywares. I would add both Microsoft's beta spyware application and SpywareBlaster to your suite of applications you already use. And run them all frequently.

Keep to the main-stream websites, avoid things with lots of advertising, pron sites, gaming sites etc and your pc will be reasonably safe. Any attachments that you aren't sure of, send through your yahoo account, where it can be scanned for viruses - and if you get a virus from someone you know, call them and tell them to clean their pc. Whatever software package you buy will be out of date :-(

I run Spy Sweeper however it doesn't cover Mozilla's Firefox which is a bummer. I find the freeware is good but not 100% coverage as you said. PC Magazine rated Spybot highly amongst all spyware programs.

I found using adaware and spybot kills almost all, if not all. And at home when I used opera as my web browser I didn't get spyware, unless I had to use IE to download form certain sites that only work with IE.

    Ordered:
    HP ZD8080
    P4 3.4
    1 Gig PC3200 ram
    100 G 4200RPM HD
    ATI X600 256M Video
    WINXP MC 2005

I've been using Microsoft's reworked version of Giant's Anti Spyware. It seems to be better than any 1 program and almost as good as spybot/adaware together. Now I usually start with M$'s, then go onto Adaware, and finally Spybot.
