Onenote or Word or Google docs on- I want to Directly put a picture in it and crop it without uploading/transferring

So say I am on a tablet and taking notes. I want to put a picture of a sheet of paper or some other picture directly into my notes without having to search for my camera picture, find it, upload it, etc.

Say I am on my laptop. I want to put a piece of a physical piece of paper in my word doc. How do I do it quickly in a few buttons without taking a pic on phone, waiting for a dropbox transfer, etc?

What is an elegant existing solution to this in your opinion in terms of what to buy and what programs to use?

    You could also do

    Or

Or if you want the best quality

Pick any of those four. Scanner costs but is best quality wise, WiFi probably needs third party software.
