    You know? The thing where if your line starts with a number, the numbering format kicks in when you press enter? It's REALLY annoying, and despite turning it off in AutoCorrect, it still does it (and I absolutely HATE it).

    Never mind. It... disappeared?

    How did you remove it in AutoCorrect? Did you use Tools->AutoCorrect->Option->Uncheck apply numbering symbol?

    Alternatively, the bullet/number list tool bar should pop up when it detects that style and you can turn it off with that.

    Turning off autocorrect only disables the automatic spellchecker, not automatic formating stuff.

    Format > AutoFormat > uncheck While Typing
    is what you're looking for. That will also turn off stuff like automatic capitalization.
