I'm about to try out OpenOffice 3 since I heard it was great from a buddy of mine, but I have a few questions. Maybe some of you who use OpenOffice should know this.
1. Can it open, read, and save in .docx format?
2. If not, is there a way to IN OpenOffice?
That's all. Thanks guys in advance

You cannot save as .docx.

Version 3 is supposed to be able to open them. You just can't save them to .docx.
