im not able to. clicking switch to all new mail in options doesnt help.

in IE, it is the new version. i dunno what im doing wrong here.i did a clean install.

however, on my desktop, i did an upgrade instead, and that one im able to use the new version.

i guess the clean install is the culprit?

Seems strange that a clean install would give you problems while an upgrade wouldn't. If you set the site preferences to Mask as IE, does it work any better?

yeah it is really weird. i used to have problems when i did upgrading for the past few version updates. so i've decided to go with clean install. this time im bugged with this problem.

masking as IE made it worse. you know how at the left hand side there's links to inbox and folder (in classic view). By masking as IE, the whole column is gone.

edit: could this have anything to do with java?
