I installed the flash player through IE 7 and thought it would also work in Opera (I thought I saw someone suggested that). Well, it's working for IE but Opera still asks me to install it. Do I install it again or there is a way to configure it? Thanks.

You need to install it again. IE has it's own installation, but once you install it for Opera it should work not only in Opera, but Firefox and most any other browser. It's just IE being IE.
