I have a love/hate with Opera. They are usually cutting edge and others follow but why oh why do things seem to stop working with different builds?
I couldn't access Yahoo Mail for a long time because Yahoo Mail doesn't support them neither does Amazon widgets, you have to mask it as IE. And Opera at this point in time is not a niche web browser. It still has issues with certain Flash and will either crash or slowdown. But it's my favorite -
This is why I love Chrome. It's basically forcing other browsers to pick up the pace.

If Opera is to gain any traction as a browser it needs to figure out how to coexist with Flash. I had to turn it off due to the random crashes.
I love the smooth scrolling (best of all the browsers) and speed dial. That's what keeps it on my hard drive. -
I love Opera! I had never heard of it nor seen it before until I came to these forums and I had shrugged off the idea of ever trying it since I was content with Mozilla Firefox; ever since I found this excellent web browser my browsing has been changed forever. 1) Its as fast if not faster than Google Chrome. 2) The Speed Dial feature is convenient and gets you to the right web page fast. 3) You get the majority of great add-ons from Firefox to Opera including: WOT and Ad-Block Plus
I don't mean to make this post sound like an Opera promotion but I just wanted to share my experience with others.
Opera Next makes it easier to get 'dev'
