I am having an issue with my T-Series Gateway. The DVD drive is not showing up in Windows Explorer and when i check Device Manager i have a Yellow ! next to it. I have attempted to find a better driver for it, even uninstalling the device and reinstalling it following a restart but to no avail. Any and all help will be appreciated. The exact model of this comuter is a W350I and it was sold in early 2007 to mid 2007. Thank you in advance for any help solving this issue.

Solved! I started to look more online for a solution to this problem and found this solution:
[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}]
Look for these entries in the key and delete any of the following:
UpperFilters, UpperFilters.bak, LowerFilters, LowerFilters.bak
I then restarted the computer and the problem was solved.
