    hi everybody,

    do we have Activation back up recovery tool for windows 7.
    OREV had made this fantastic utility for windows vista.

    can anyone help here.

    i need to Re install my windows 7 home premium from home pack again on my hard drive and dont want to contact microsoft for activation

    help please.
    my HDD has gone bad.

    Yeah it works for 7. The activation files are the same so no problems.

    i used the vista abr .
    it gave me my Windows 7 key.but no Xrms file.

    am i on right track?

    That's some activator to by pass Windows 7 activation, not what the OP is asking for.

    was it preactivated on a new machine? if you manually activated it (from an upgrade or so, or a clean install before), i think there is no xrms file. i thought that's just for preactivated oem installations from manufacturers.

    but i could be wrong.
