The Notebook Review forums were hosted by TechTarget, who shut down them down on January 31, 2022. This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I have an ACER Aspire 5610 of which the following devices are all showing the yellow question marks:
    Ethernet Controller
    PCI Flash Memory (shown 3 times)
    SM Bus controller
    Video Controller
    Video Controller (VGA Controller)

    I've had no success in updating the drivers either.
    Any suggestions would be appreciated.

    Try running Windows Update if you haven't already, and see if it finds any drivers. Also try your manufacturer's site (Acer I guess) to see if they have drivers for your model.
