Everytime I start Outlook, I get a popup that says:
"This information service has not been configured. Select an existing file to configure, or type the name of a new file to create".
Can someone explain to me what this is and what I need to do to eliminate it?

Is it really that difficult?

Yes, it is that difficult, hence my starting of this thread.
Googling wasnt my concern I was looking for some to explain it to me. -
If you click Gary's link - this: http://kbalertz.com/917126/Error-message-Outlook-Outlook-information-service.aspx
Is amongst the first results...
Have you tried that? -

For most questions Google should be you first stop. Your second, if the Google results are not obvious, should be here where you should ALSO do a search. Then if neither of those two work, start a thread. My point in sending you the link was that if you had typed the same error message into Google, you would have IMMEDIATELY gotten an answer to the problem rather than having to wait for someone to reply here.
