Hey everybody, I have an Outlook problem I am hoping someone can help with.

A co-worker of mine is experiencing a strange issue with Outlook 2003 and our Exchange Server. In order to send or receive messages, she manually has to press either F9 or the Send/Receive button.

I've checked all the necessary settings: Scheduled Send/Receive is not disabled. I have an interval of 5 minutes set for both on-and-offline, and the "Auto send/receive" check-box is selected.

Basically, it works on my computer, but not hers. I have replicated the settings from my machine to hers, but no luck.

The only difference between the two is that my machine is running Outlook 2007, and her is running 2003.

Is File > Work Offline checked/enabled? If so, uncheck/disable it.

    --L.

In my haste to resolve the issue, I completely overlooked this option!

This solved the problem. Thanks! +rep
