This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm having 2 problems with Outlook 2007:

    1) When I sync with GMail, Outlook creates a new Label in GMail called Junk Mail. How do I make Outlook use GMail's SPAM folder instead of a Junk Mail label?
    2) Is it possible for Outlook to emulate GMail's conversation views across all of my mailboxes?
