    Hello all,
Ive been off of here a bit cause I finally received my Dell laptop.
I will post a "review" in a while after more use.
But now I have some questions.
I have always used Outlook express for email.
I have a lot of folders and a ton of saved email and the address book but thats all Ive used it for. Now that I have Outlook 2003 as
well as Express, can you guys (girls) tell me what I may get out of Outlook 2003 if I use that. Can I use both?? Should I just stick to Express?? How do they differ??
I use only this computer if that makes a difference (as opposed to having a desktop as well).
Any info on Outlook 2003 and why or why not I should switch to it would be appreciated.
    Thanks
    dave

Outlook has a calendar, reminders, tasks, notes, and can be integrated better with PDAs are the main things. Outlook usually has better security and is a little more efficent with resources. I would use Outlook over Outlook Express anyday especially if you've already got the licence for it. It just makes sense that Microsoft would put in more features and benefits into a program they sell than one they give away for free. They have to justify the cost to the end user to make it worth their while.

Right, Outlook is much more full featured. You can export all your Express data though and import into 2003, so you don't lose anything.
