If I use Outlook 2010's don't send until feature, will the recipient know or be able to see that I used that feature?

No. I use it all the time for clients, think of it as a time delayed send and receive. ( small bit of an assumption as I jumped from 2007 right to 2013 and skipped 2010 )

One thing I did notice though, say I compose an email at 2pm, and use the don't send until 5pm option, after the email is sent, the message shows that it was sent at 2pm, not 5pm. An obvious tell to this feature...

a bit, but can also be associated with batching email servers and many other things as well that only do input/output on a set schedule. I would think that no one would notice nor care unless you are dealing with important fast turn around emails

Okay I guess it says sent at 2pm in my sent mail box. But when someone replies, it shows the time it was supposed to send (5pm). False alarm.

haha, you thoroughly bugged me out because i send work emails all the time in the wee hours of the morning (i.e. 1-4 AM), but postpone delivery till a reasonable time (e.g. 6 AM onward). it makes it look like you're an early riser, early to the office, working early when in actuality the opposite is true.

thanks for the clarification. i was pretty sure i had tested it myself but when i read this thread i was like, "greeeaaaattt, maybe it depends on the version of outlook." :p
