This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    I'm having a problem with Microsoft Outlook. For some reason, although I haved a contact added - everytime I send the person an email, it asks me to reenter the contact information. And it only happens with a few of my contacts, not all of them. It is a minor issue that's rather annoying. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to fix it?
