Would someone kindly shed some light on this situation . I have a desktop with XP and Outlook 2000 version and a new laptop running W7 and TB3. When I open Outlook I get all new mail that have not been received since the last opening as I always did with a single computer. On the laptop with TB , any email that has already been received by Outlook does not come through on TB . Is this a setting on one of the systems that I can change to get all emails to come through to both computers ?

Thank you , appreciate any help ,

it seems your setting in outlook is to delete the messages off the server after receiving them.

the setting you want is under the profiles advanced settings called "Leave a copy of the message on the server"
