This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Outlook upgrade

    I couldn't find anything on this so just wanted to know if I install Microsoft 365 will it upgrade Outlook 2013 without losing any emails, account settings etc etc?

    Cloud 365 shouldn't have any issues it's when it's fully Office 2019 install that if you didn't backup the Outlook emails there chances it be lost unless that was connected to a MS Cloud Outlook.

    I only have Outlook 2013 installed which I bought on cd-rom years ago.

    Then you should look online or at MS if you OutLook downloads your email to your local drive before removing or doing anything to it.
