    Hey!

    Long time ago i search a tool too overclock my Core 2 Quad Extreme ( Toshiba Qosmio x300-14P - CPU upgraded). I only found tools where i need the PLL... no chance with qosmio :(.

    Its a PM45 chipset!

    Me german...sry 4 my english :D

    ive see a lot of peoples here have overclocked there cpus on qosmio (for example the p8600)

    I think that rmclock or cpu-z can overclock a cpu but im not really sure, I only reccomend OC desktops since laptops have bad cooling.Also to much OC can cause problems like bsods or maybe your computer will stop starting up.

    cpuz cant overclocking... and rmclock cant change the fsb
