I am trying to find some software that would allow me to change the fsb, I got a cooling pad under my lappy and it runs 40C load, so I dont see the temp as being a problem since it was hitting 80-90 with out the cooling pad.

Here is a screenshot of cpu-z

Edit: nobody seems to be answering, is this in the wrong section?

You can try with SetFSB and Clockgen; these are the most common as far as I know but there's always a chance they will not work with your notebook.

    I found a solution!!!!
download this file(old version of clockgen), http://files.aoaforums.com/I1547-CG-ICS950405.zip.html
and run it, you can chage the fsb!!!!

it actually allows to underclock the cpu to 600mhz also, but I have not tested how stable it is

    use at your own risk!
