    I need a FREE program that will allow me to open a PDF, fill in the neccessary information(edit it) then save it as a PDF so I can e-mail it. I've looked at the Best Free Software for Windows but I'm not sure if any of those will work. Any others?

    Your best bet is OpenOffice.org 3 beta. It has PDF editing support but it's still in beta right now. Otherwise you'll have to pay.

    That what I was looking out for since he bolded "free" in his post. He needs it to be free and that's the end of that so it seems.
