PDF to Word is an easy-to-use software for converting a PDF document to an MS Word (RTF) document. The software supports all Adobe PDF modifications and it is possible to open the output RTF file with any version of MS Word, WordPad or OpenOffice. The PDF to Word converter retains the layout, images, text and formatting of the original PDF file.

PDF to Word is a highly efficient standalone software which doesn’t require Microsoft Word, Adobe Acrobat or Adobe Acrobat Reader installed.

You do not need any special skills to operate the software. Just drag and drop the document you want to convert to the main PDF to Word window and click Start Conversion.

Ah really??? have u tried this?? I haven't, just saw it.. though out of all the comments, there was only one mentioning this in that page.. anyway.

Edit:>> Just tried it now... it works for me, though the layout n such for some tables n figures were messed up.. but normal text patterns, layout, simple application forms worked fine.... and no, I have no 3 page limit.. it worked with a 12 page pdf doc for me... pure text though.

But I am not keeping it, have form filler which is good and got it for free too... ;)

That's not what's on the menu for today, September 14, 2008. Clicking on the OP's link takes you to a file not found page. It also wasn't on tap yesterday, so it's not just a time-zone issue.

Instead, on tap for today is something called NetStat Agent, by Flexbyte Software. The giveaway d/l page is: http://www.giveawayoftheday.com/netstat-agent/

From a quick squizz at the screenshots and the app's webpage, it looks like most of what the app does is already done in MS's Network Monitor 3.1 (I could be wrong, though, since I only looked at it briefly, please correct me if so).

They posted this on their blog though:::

PDF-to-Word converter problem: giveaway will be restarted this week

    Hello everyone,
Sorry for delay with this post, I am away from office and fast internet connection as well. PDF-to-Word problem is acknowledged and there will be a working software build available this week. Both we and the software publisher are sorry for this problem, and we will do our best to fix it asap.
We had to do a giveaway switch since we couldn’t fix the package fast enough in the middle of a weekend.

    Yours,
    Slava
    GOTD team

I want to give this a try. I'm about to sell a vehicle privately and would like to convert a Colorado Bill of Sale document from PDF to Word so I can type stuff into it.

Ahh.. thanks for that. Last time it was available for download for a while when everything was working fine and then there was some issue, as a result of which they took it out I guess :) Anyways.. back again and thanks for the heads up :) Cheers.

Edit: I just tried converting a 4,899 page text book in PDF format, and it took a looonngg time (I can understand it though, because of the numerous figures n such) but it did the job pretty well... Some figures with lots of graphic components were a bit messed (off position) but in general I would say it was fine... texts, tables and such were all ok.
