This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Pages in IE8, IE9, and FF dont look right....

    Dunno if its a flash problem, java, or a 64 bit problem.

    I'll use cnn.com as an example since i guess thats fairly popular....

    Looking at the screengrab, see how the CNN banner is only partially red, when it should be red all across the top?
    Also the "popular on facebook" box has nothing in it.

    What settings are causing this to display this way? Its a new laptop and i downloaded the latest versions of firefox and IE. actually, had IE9 but heard thats buggy cause its still in beta, so i got IE8 and it didnt help.

    The pages all look fine in Chrome.

    The banner is red all the way across on mine, however the popular on facebook box is empty(maybe because nothing is popular on facebook)
