Hi everyone! A few months ago I bought an HP Pavilion dv5-1025eg (AMD ZM-80, 3GB ram, HD3450 etc.) which theoretically came with Vista support only. I couldn't get familiarized with it even after months of purchase, so I looked for a way to install the good old XP. Fortunately, (thanks to someone's hard efforts) I found a 100% working XP driver compilation for 1020eh, which perfectly fitted my Pavilion model too. Now I have only one problem left: I need to find an efficient energy management program. The only upside of Vista I preferred, was the quite decent manageability of the energy consumption of hardware parts. XP doesn't really offers anything like that, so I tried NHC, which is favorited by many users at my university. Unfortunately without custom ACPI it isn't really helpful, and I do not have the skills to create one. Now it can only regulate CPU Speeds, which is obviously not enough.

My question is: Is there a universal well-working energy management program for XP beside NHC? Thanks all for the answer!
