    Hi i basically i work as a Personal Assistant and i need a program so i can list jobs ive done jobs that need to be done and set deadlines for them in a calender type thing and whatever?

    I use Tasks and Calendar in Outlook and sync with a PPC for portability

    For more functionality I use ListPro on both the PC and the PPC

    Yes. Tasks is a part of Outlook. Windows Calendar in Windows Vista also supports Tasks.

    I've not directly used the Windows Calendar program that comes with Vista as I have Office 2007 and Outlook 2007. Outlook includes a Tasks function.
