Hi i basically i work as a Personal Assistant and i need a program so i can list jobs ive done jobs that need to be done and set deadlines for them in a calender type thing and whatever?

I've not directly used the Windows Calendar program that comes with Vista as I have Office 2007 and Outlook 2007. Outlook includes a Tasks function.

Remember the Milk or Outlook.
Outlook can be daunting at first. You can download or play tutorials from Microsoft's website. This helped me get into Excel.
