Im looking for a program that I can use on my computer to manage all of my personal information. I would like it to integrate all of my phone numbers, birth dates, addresses, names, anniversaries, email addresses, ect. I know I could use some sort of email program but I would rather have something stand alone not integrated with an email program.

I would prefer something thats freeware if possible.

    Thanks.

Very simple, you only have to know how to do it

    *shrug* Excel works fine.
If it's not suited for your purposes, maybe you should specify what you want to do with it.

"Managing" your data could simply mean having it all listed in tables so you can find it when you need it. (which Excel is capable of)

It could also mean a few dozen other things, which Excel probably can't do. :)
So depends on what you want it to be able to do.

Are you wanting to have something like a computerized datebook where you can keep all of your contacts, calendar etc on?

I use AnyTime Deluxe, but its not freeware. If you have used Outlook before, it is very similar except it does not have email integrated into it.

I would like something akin to a calander and address book that will show me in the calander that on any given date who is having a birthday and what that persons birth date is, their phone number, address and email address. I would also like it to be editable to show anniversarys and holidays. It should also have a reminder so that sometime before a given date I will get a reminder saying that something is coming up soon. I would also like it to show me on any given date what bills I have due, when Im paid and how much money I have coming in and going out.

What I dont want to have to do is enter information more than once. Once I enter a name phone number, address and birthdate the address book should work automatically with the calander so I dont have to go in and add the information all over again thats already in the address book.

I know that Excel can due what I need it up to a point but then Im not exactly entrusting so much to excel....that and its an awful lot of tables and rules to put together and even then it still may not even be close to what I want.
