    Phillips Freevent notebook help needed.

    I have the above laptop which went capput yesterday due to a virus, having tried many things i have had to perform a destructful restore, after doing this there is still nothing loading on my computer it will not boot to windows. Can anyone please help me,and please note i am not computer literate so plain english please.lol.Many thanks: :confused:

    Can you expand a bit more about "not booting in Windows"?

    . Can you access BIOS set up?

    . Beeps? Error messages?

    . Full model description of your comp would also help.

    ni icannot get BIOS. all that happens is phillips screen comes on then windows logo then back to phillips screen etc etc. it is a phillips freevent X55P.many thanks.
