Nope, but I fully expected utter disappointment. I know I can always count on the imbeciles at Micro$loth for that, and this time was no exception. They're on a roll, LOL. At least their pattern of failure is consistent.

Some people may wonder why I installed it. Two reasons. First, to make my own decision about the product. Second, and most important, when I criticize it for being trash I can do so with an extra measure of authority as a user rather than a troll.

    Exactly Fox.
M$ Morons is riding on two horses. No wonder that their patches fail time after time for Win X. They try as best they can to prevent users of old Windoze 7 and 8 to use latest processor generation due they want them over on Windoze X. They spend too much time on nonsense!!! In the end, the users of their garbage just gets angrier and angrier. It will not be easy task to move the old Win 7.8 users over to the new colorful tile pastel trash, when it is so they stay -stand on. They have destroyed everything for themselves.
NUMBERS bro. Numbers!! What performance boost do yooo get? :D +10-20 in Cinebench R11.5 and R15? And how much more in 3Dmark(11 and FS)? :p + all other benchmarks tested :notworthy:And don't forget Wprime 1024M

It was for me also, but only for a bit. I got it all tweaked and everything working except AeroGlass. Got lots of amazing tips from Nephew @j95 and tried doing more testing with DDR4-3333 and it was destroyed in no time. Already had to restore my RS1 Macrium image because RS2 was damaged beyond repair. For whatever reason, W7 and W10 RS1 are having no issues with it, but RS2 doesn't want to play nice with the memory overclocked that far. Not sure what the deal is.

The only thing I noticed that seemed to stand out as clearly better was the new basic photo editing tool. It's a bit clunky with the stupid pop-out side menu garbage, but it's more useful than M$ Paint or the older W10 image viewing piece of trash. I didn't have enough time with it to see if there was anything else good about it before it self-destructed. It definitely requires more work to make it acceptable. I'm hating not having AeroGlass, so I may just hold off on reinstalling it until Big Muscle has that Micro$haft failure fixed. It really ruins the experience not having Aero transparency. W10 is too sucky to put up with without Aero.

Yeah... LOTS of work to make it a presentable product. By default it's the worst version of W10 yet. I wonder if the people that design this garbage actually still have their gonads, or whether they maybe got amputated or cut off in an accident or something.

Numbers? Numbers coming right up... DDR4-3333 works great on W10 RS1 and W7... but, RS2, not so much. Kool-Aid drinker fodder, LOL.

Put it the other way. Cripple the overclocking potential... Everything over 3000MHz  Whats stable before, is now crippled by the M$ Morons!!

No, performance was not the issue. Performance is no worse than RS1. It basically self-destructed and became too damaged to continue functioning due to file corruption at 3333. I restored my Macrium Reflect image of RS1 and it's fine, and Windows 7 continues to run like a Swiss watch at 3333.

Well, I normally do. It was working fine at 3333 before I installed RS2 and that's when all hell broke loose. I had not made an image of RS2 yet because I was not finished tweaking it. But, not a big deal in the grand scheme of things. RS2 is even more of a pain in the ass to get working right than RS1 was. The idiots at Macroshaft are not learning anything from their mistakes. Finding new ways to screw up their OS seems to be the only thing they are actually good at, LOL. The only useful addition I saw was the basic image editing tool, but even that was messed up because of the stupid pop-out side menu instead of a top row pull down menu. It looks and feels more like silly smartphone app trash than it seems like PC software. It felt like I was using my Android tablet more than a beast laptop. Pretty hard to get a more sucky experience on a PC than that.

    Yeah :D
    Today's updates: 03/27/2017 SIW (System Info) v2017 7.0.0326 See @PhoenixV:eek:

    Edit.
Prime95 download version 29.1 Replacement for Prime95 v28.9 and NOT the older version who haven't AVX instructions Prime95 v26.6

    29.1 (March 27th, 2017)
    • Faster trial factoring for machines that support FMA (Haswell and later). Multi-threaded trial factoring now supports more than one thread sieving for small primes. Several tuning parameters added - see undoc.txt.
    • The portable library, hwloc, for analyzing a machine's topology is now used. This replaces the buggy code prime95 used to detect hyperthreading. It also eliminates the need for AffinityScramble2. Running a benchmark will output this topology information to results.txt.
    • AVX-512 trial factoring support added.
    • Dialog box for benchmarking added.
    • In the Test/Worker Windows dialog box you no longer choose how many threads each worker uses. Instead, you choose how many CPU cores each worker uses. There affinity options have been removed. There are two new options that will decide if each worker also uses hyperthreading.
    • The benefit of this version is that it is multi-threaded and will automatically manage worker threads to fully stress all cores of your CPU.

    You can add this one...

Geekbench 4.1 for macOS, Windows, and Linux

    https://browser.geekbench.com/v4/cpu/2343076

    Introducing Geekbench 4.1

We're excited to announce the release of Geekbench 4.1, the latest update to Primate Labs' popular cross-platform benchmark. You can download Geekbench 4.1 for macOS, Windows, and Linux from the Geekbench website. You can download Geekbench 4.1 for iOS from the iTunes App Store, and Geekbench 4.1 for Android from Google Play.

While there are a lot of changes and enhancements in Geekbench 4.1, there are a couple I want to highlight that I think make this release really great.

    Metal Compute Benchmark

Geekbench 4.1 introduces support for Metal in the Compute Benchmark. While Geekbench 4.0 introduced the Compute Benchmark, it did not support Metal meaning you could not use it to benchmark iOS devices. Now, with the addition of Metal support, you can benchmark the compute performance of the GPU in your iOS device.

Metal support is also available on macOS alongside the OpenCL and CUDA support introduced in Geekbench 4.0.

    Workload Changes

Geekbench 4.1 also includes a number of changes and improvements to the CPU and GPU workloads that Geekbench uses to measure performance. These changes address a number of issues present in the 4.0 release and should provide a more accurate measure of multi-core scalability and compute performance. A complete list of changes is available on the Geekbench website.

The workload changes will change both the individual workload scores and the overall scores, so we recommend you only compare 4.1 scores with 4.1 scores. While comparing 4.0 scores with 4.1 scores can provide a rough approximation of relative performance, it's not a practice we can recommend.

We don't expect there will be any more workload changes in Geekbench 4, so 4.1 scores will be compatible with all future releases of Geekbench 4.

    Launch Sale

We're excited about this release and we're excited for you to try it out. To celebrate the release we're offering a 20% discount off all Geekbench 4 licenses purchased through the Primate Labs Store. Also, instead of a discount, we've made Geekbench 4 for iOS free on the iTunes App Store.

Hurry, though! Both promotions end on Monday, April 10th.

    Thanks

Everyone on the team has put a lot of work into this release and we hope you'll love it. If you have any questions or comments about Geekbench, please let me know. You can email me directly at [email protected].

As you have BitDefender Free Edition in Op. Maybe put in Bitdefender 2017 Uninstall Tool as well. Up to You:)

"Bitdefender 2017 Uninstall Tool will assist in the complete removal of Bitdefender products from your machine. This uninstaller will be useful in the event that you are unable to remove products via the control panel or when other methods fail. It will quickly scan, then locate all product traces and thoroughly remove them. Bitdefender 2017 Uninstall Tool requires a reboot to complete the uninstallation process."

    Today's updates: 04/06/2017 3DMark Download v.2.3.3682 + Time Spy
Ps. Link in OP will automatically download latest version.

    Fixed

      • Fixed an issue that could cause the API Overhead feature test to fail to show a score at the end of an otherwise normal run on some systems.
      • Fixed Time Spy test to properly recover from a corrupted shader cache - if runtime compiled shaders are found to be corrupted, they are deleted and recompiled. Uninstallation also now completely removes the shader cache folder.
      • Fixed a scaling issue that could cause parts of the UI to end up outside the display area on 1080p monitors with 150% DPI scaling. UI will now scale appropriately even on high DPI scaling settings.

    Today's updates: 04/06/2017 Rufus v2.13

    Change log

    o Version 2.13 (2017.04.06)
Preserve 'GPT for UEFI' option if the user changed it before selecting an ISO
Fix unwanted notification sound when closing with the X button (#893)
Fix inability to restore the minimized application after a popup is displayed (#896)
Fix an issue when trying to install Syslinux/NTFS twice in a row (#904)
Work around Microsoft's inconsistent casing of device IDs during device enumeration
Work around Microsoft's aggressive locking of partitions in Windows 10 Creators Update (#883)
Restrict write sharing permissions when accessing a device
Update libcdio and GRUB 2.0 to latest.

    Today's updates: 04/06/2017 Macrium Reflect FREE v7.0.1967

@Phoenix Could you add Add GPEDIT.msc to OP ? A tool that can help those who are Screewed and don't have Windoze versions with Group Policy Editor.

"Add GPEDIT.msc adds the Group Policy Editor to Windows editions that normally don't have it including such as Starter Edition, Home, and Home Premium"

    ----------------------------------------------------------------------------

BTW @Mr. Fox A Tool for you my friend (dont hang the messenger), HaHa. You would love it :D

You're welcome :D And thanks

Could you please add Manage Windows Drivers with Driver Store Explorer[RAPR] in op?

"Driver Store Explorer is a free program for Microsoft Windows that enables you to enumerate, add, and delete drivers on Windows PCs.

New drivers are usually installed on Windows machines when you connect hardware for the first time to the device. This can be an automatic process, or one that requires you to run a program that adds the driver to the operating system.

Windows won't dismiss those drivers anymore, even if you never connect the device the driver is for again.

This means that you may end up with drivers installed on the Windows PC that are no longer required. While that is usually not a problem, you may want to keep your system as lean as possible at all times."

"Driver Storage Explorer is a useful free software program for Windows. You can use it to quickly enumerate drivers of the driver store, remove old drivers from the system, and to add packages to the driver store."

@Papusan: You might want to check out Rapr on Git, you must compile the source to get an exe file. For that you need Visual Studio. I'm thinking of hosting the exe on google drive, but I'm afraid of copyright issues and DMCA/EULA rules.
