    Hey Ladies,

I just installed Photoshop CS3 on my new laptop and i tried inputing the liecense key and the phone activation number too.

I want to input the new key but i can't deactivate they current key. Since i get the Error each time i start CS3.

I think it's a registry problem. Anyone know?

Have you looked on the Adobe site or contacted Adobe?

    Figured it out.

Here is the steps if anyone is experiencing the same thing.

You need to delete the cache.db file so you can re-input the key.

On Windows XP and Windows Vista, the cache.db file is located in C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe PCD\cache

On Mac OS X, the cache.db file is located in Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe PCD/cache

Do this and then put your key in again.
