    well i'm sure ppl might have gone through this and it is annoying as hell!!
    ok so my problem is that i have this really horrible lag when i listen to music on iTunes or when i watch a video, it also happens with streaming, this has happened to me before but i dont remember how i got rid of it the last time.
    I have a Sony VAIO VGN-FS742/W windows xp SP3
    i just recently did a system restore and the lag follows the "beat" of the HDD status light (i think thats what its called)
