This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Playing AVCHD Blu-Ray with 8600M GT

    I can't play m2ts files from blu-ray smoothly with DxVA2. The playback is a bit better without DxVA2 @ 80% of CPU usage but not perfect :(
    I've no problem with other high bitrate 1080 H.264 TS files (higher than 40Mbps). I'm using PowerDVD 9 Ultra build 1719 & Forceware 185.85 + PhysX.

    Any solution? :(

    I am using Media Player Classic (with K-Lite Codec Pack) and I am able to watch that format.

    In fact, thats the format I recorded all of my footage this week at E3 on the Sony Camcorder I am using. :)
