The Bank of America web site has a two-step verification process in order to log in. In the first one, the online ID and the State should be entered. The second is called Sitekey. I have a Firefox add-on that automatically deletes all cookies when Firefox is closed, except all the protected cookies. The problem is that I can't identify which cookie is the one that keeps the ID and State in the first step, which is the one that I want to protect. I stilll want the add-on to remove all the other Bank of America cookies to avoid a possible security problem.

Clear all of your cookies and then navigate to the site. Check the cookie that loaded for the site.
Then, log into the first page and again, check your cookies.
Finally, log into the second step and again, check your cookies.
This will tell you which cookies load for each step.
Process of elimination! -
You can also set FF to ask you about each and every cookie coming in, and if you do that then you'd know exactly when it comes in and you might even get its name.

That would be easier, but I didn't see an option for it. (Firefox 3 b5)

this is Minefield options, but hopefully it is in FF3beta as well:
. tools->options->privacy
. cookies: check "accept cookies from sites" and "accept cookies from 3rd party"
. here u should see the selection "keep until" -> "ask me every time"
