    I have a hp laptop and anytime i try to logon with my username and password , it says that i have 200 programs running , and even though i don't know much about i would like you to helpme to terminate this running programs that i don't even know where they are !!! :confused:

    . download and install cCleaner
    . list out your start up processes
    . list out your running services

    then we can chip in with some suggestions.
