    Please help, what OS does it run on?

    I hope the folks here are more helpful to someone needing help. I got three different answers from three Lenovo reps and don't what to make them (one rep told me to ask Bill Gates).

    The computer specs say "Windows 7 preinstalled through downgrade rights in Windows 10". So when one receives the computer, what is it running on? 7 or 10?

    Also, if it's 7 (or 10), will it be a simple matter (and free) to upgrad/downgrade to 10 (or 7).

    Thank you in advance for your time. Hope I get corrrect answers.

    As far as i can see it will come with Win7 installed, But you can upgrade to Win10 for free, though the free Win10 free upgrade deadline has just passed.

    Since this is Lenovo product they are the one that should be giving you the answer. But I myself would stay away like a plague from Lenovo since their UEFI firmware are some of most Malware infested UEFI.

    It was upgraded to Windows 10 and then downgraded to Windows 7. You basically have the choice of using either but it will come with 7.
