My office has given me the task of monitoring a few staff's Windows Live Messenger Chat sessions ?

I have tried WebWatcher and is totally not satisfied ...

Can someone in the know please recommend me some good software that is reliable and will still continue to work after the refund date has passed ?

If I knew what I found out later about Webwatcher, I would never have used it.

    Thanks

I am not looking for something as vast as Msft enterprise monitoring.

The office only have 3 pc's that I need to monitor.

A good reliable and stealthy software should do the trick.

Why don't you just tell people to stop IMing at work?

Actually blocking the ports will do unless they use Web Messenger.

Do the employees even know that their machines could be monitored? You should just disable MSN, instead of invading their privacy.

Or at least send out a memo first saying its company property and should only be used for work purposes.

Thing is if they realize the traffic is monitored they'll just text instead.

If they're IMing at work they're probably texting as well, actually.
