Three weeks ago, I was updating my LG 490 laptop and unfortunately Microsoft detected that my OS is not genuine. My screen turned black and I couldn't use it anymore so I decided to format it but the next day after formatting, I opened my laptop it was rebooting. I tried formatting it several times and even borrowed for a genuine installer of Windows 7 but still my laptop was not working properly, the longest period that it worked properly was two days and the next day, it will start rebooting all over again...Please help me!!!My laptop worked perfectly for the last 9 months before this incident....I miss it so much..Please help me??!!Thank you so much!!!

Do not cross post across multiple forums.
Why does it say its not Genuine? Are you using the license key that came with the laptop?
Windows Update might have downloaded the wrong graphics driver for your laptop.
At what point does it reboot? -
If you have a genuine windows license, you can contact microsoft customer service and ask their help. If it is an activation problem, they are the ones that can help you.
Did you reinstall/reload data other than the drivers on the machine when the problems started happening again?
Pls Help Me!!microsoft Detected That My Os Is Not Genuine!!
