When I try to access my email or a web search engine I am having problems. When I click login or search, either the data erases or it does nothing. If you need more info, let me know.

    Thanks.

Not sure I understand exactly, but it sounds like you're not accepting cookies, or that you've checked "always clear private data when l close Firefox."

I have the latest version of FF. It does it every time I try to do anything. I checked everything being said here, and it still does not fix the problem. I guess I could try and reinstall FF and see if that fixes the problem.

Well, I gues I will just reinstall FF. Another weird thing is that in IE if I refresh this site, I have to login again. How do I save my bookmarks?
