Is there anything I should do after I install Win7 cleanup wise? (clean install)
I know after installing SP's there was a command function that cleaned up old data, and also there was something about defragging the boot files or something?

    Thanks for any tips.

Is this because you upgraded from Vista to Windows 7?

    I didn't upgrade - I did a clean install.

I don't think there's anything to clean up.

Well, if you want you can do the defrag boot files thing..

    Code:
    Rundll32.exe advapi32.dll,ProcessIdleTasks
    defrag -b %SystemDrive%
I didn't notice any difference, good nor bad.

No, it just specifically do the boot defrag from my knowledge.
Win7 is auto maintenance, so you don't need to do anything of any sort, other than leave the computer over night to allow it to index all your HDD file on default (profile and public profile) locations and any additional sections you want (see Control Panel > Index Option).
