SO i just intalled todays 7 important files and after the reboot UAC popped up and is asking me if i want to let this program run
netfxupdate.exe
publisher: unknown
file origin: hard drive on this computer
location: C:windows\microsoft.net\framework\v1.1.4322 etc. etc.
Is this ok? Why would UAC catch a windows update?

Upon further investigation I found it also added a startup item

Not everyone will have that update--only those who installed net.framework 1.1 or a program that uses it
Yes, you should allow it. It is a security patch
Netframework is the basically the visual basic runtimes of today
