This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    If anyone has good Super Pi results, post them!

    Instead of typing them all by hand, go into your Super Pi folder and open "pi_rec". Copy everything, and then paste it in here! I'll post the other times once I do them.

    You have something else bogging you down. My system rolls it in 1:08 to 2M, same processor and RAM. I could see a couple seconds different as no big deal, but 8 seconds is considerable.

    Quick question, do you run Vista or XP (I wonder if it could make a differance).

    I run Vista which would probably explain the 8 second difference.
