    is there a reliable software that measure the power cons. in real time?

    I would also like to know how much each device is using in real time. I need it in both battery and AC mode.

    I just can't find one.

    each particular device? I don't know of any software that will tell you that. For overall system draw on a laptop, I use Passmark BatteryMon
