    I'm making a powerpoint presentation and I want to put a 2 min video clip thats in avi format but when I try to play it I get "error code C00D11B1". anyone know why I cant play this clip?

    It could be a problem with WMP, so you can try reinstalling Windows Media Player and see if it helps/works

    You may need the appropriate codecs for it to work. Convert the files into WMV files, and you certainly won't have that problem...since WMV is Microsoft's file format for video.

    what program do you recommend I use to convert the avi to wmv?
