Google, MSN, Yahoo or what? What is your preffered search engine?

I really like the results I'm seeing from Microsoft's new Live Search, ww.live.com or www.msn.com. Of course Google is still where it's at for most people. Yahoo is pretty much crap in my book.

I just read a story the other day about the market share on search engines in general. I use google for everything but the #'s were something like:
    43% - Google
    28% - Yahoo
    13% - MSN

And something that probably won't surprise the kids but did surprise me was the new search engine on MySpace showed up on the board at something like 6th but with only .5%

Google for most things. Their speed/availability is still leaps over yahoo, msn, and most other search engines.

alltheweb (bought by yahoo at some point in time) has an interesting ajax, instant search interface you will either love or hate.

snap.com offers results with previews that are useful if you're more visually inclined.

There's also a client side meta search tool I've been working on. It can be handy because it can provide results offline (albeit limited to previous searches...) as well as online. More info at http://www.fact200.com

Google, Google scholar, and Dogpile. Dogpile may be the best because it just searches all of the search engines and compiles the results for you.

google is expected to control more than 50% of the market soon (I think it was by the end of the year)

Microsoft on the other hand have realized that they have a serious issue and they are working on it. They found out that most of the hits to their knowledge base come from google and not thru their homepage search or MSN, in fact MSN returns less hits than google for MS searches :D. But they have new programmers that are expected to fix the problems. I forget where those programmers originally worked, but they are supposidly top notch.

(The above is from a MS rep that I had the chance to talk with a few weeks ago)

EDIT: woops, I forgot to say my pref. I use google for everything. Except for scientific journals, that I use pubmed so I can use my universities subscription (pay articles)
