This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved. For current discussions, many NBR forum users moved over to NotebookTalk.net after the shutdown.

    Printing issue with IBrowse XPS Document Writer

    I am using IBrowse for the LA Times.com online digital newspaper.

    I am having a problem printing pages. I am printing using Microsoft XPS Document Writer, which
    prints to the hard drive.

    I receive the following Windows error message:

    You don't have permission to save in this location.
    Contact the administrator to obtain permission.
    I do not have this problem printing from any other program.
    I contacted customer support for IBrowse, but wanted to find out if anyone here might have a solution.
