Recently I have upgraded my Laptop’s OS from Windows 7 Basic to Windows 10 Home. I have upgraded it from “Microsoft automatic upgrade”.
Now everything is working well except Bluetooth and DVD ROM.
In Bluetooth, it sometime not allowing to pair with other device or not able to transfer/receive files.
Before up gradation DVD ROM was working perfect. Now it is not able to read all DVD. Also while try to burn DVD, it finishes its job but the DVD was totally empty and not able to use further.

    Laptop details: Aspire 4752G-2454G50MN
    CPU:Intel Core I5-2450M (2.5 Ghz), MEMORY:4 GB DDR3, HDD: 500 GB SATA HDD, VIDEO: NVDIA GeForce 610M – 1024 GB, DISPLAY: 14” LED CB, OTHERS: DVD SM, 802.11 bgn, BT-4, 6 cell 3.0
There are no windos 10 upgraded drivers for my Laptop in Acer web page. Also I wrote their customer help section but they are not able to help as they have not updated the drivers.

Please guide me to resolve those issue.

maybe you should back up your files and do a clean install of win 10 to see if it is a problem with the upgrade from win 7.

Never trust an upgrade, do a clean install using the Windows 10 Clean Install Guide we have here. You can use your same Windows 7 product key on the latest bulid 10586 and it will activate just fine

thegh0sts & Matrix Leader thanks for reply. I have already reinstalled Windows 10. But it is not through DVD (as DVD ROM is not working properly) or not through USB Flash Disk (as currently I have only 2GB Flash Disk).
So, I execute the file directly from my PC.

I think it is not clean Installation which you are referring. So, is their any other way out?
    Thanks.

no bro, you need to backup your data, preferably change BIOS to UEFI mode instead of Legacy or CMS then boot off the USB Flash Disk in UEFI mode, it's mentioned in the guide how to do that.

When you do boot and get to the windows partition selection screen in the setup, press shift + F10 on your keyboard to pullup the command prompt, then type the following:

    diskpart
    list disk
select disk x (where X is the number of the HDD/SSD that you are installing on)
after the disk is selected, you will see an asterisk next to it if you do list disk command again
now type CLEAN then hit enter

this way, your disk is completely wiped, which will then enable Windows to actually initialize it as a GPT disk rather than an MBR disk. GPT is the prefered disk initialization for UEFI boot as it takes 0.5 seconds less to initialize a GPT disk during bootup.

Then my friend, you have a clean install.

What you probably did is just installed Windows 10 over the top of the current installation which has nothing to do with a clean installation

Your best bet is to find a W8.1 driver for the BT. The Acer site only brings the laptop to Windows 8.0 drivers.
