I am following these instructions:
http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=430379
I receive the error message:
Could not delete existing file "C:\Win7DVD\Win7OS64
Error:5 Access is denied.
> I am doing this from Windows 7 Upgrade (I want to do a clean install)
> I am not sure if it is relevant, but there is a lock on the file in Windows of the path where the cmd prompt points to : (C:\Users\(insert my name).
> If it is relevant, this where I downloaded the ISO creator from:
http://www.sevenforums.com/attachme...124-make-bootable-iso-student-d-l-oscdimg.zip
I tried running it with an elevated command prompt, but same issue.
I have a feeling it has to do with permissions on folders, but not sure. I removed the "Read Only" attribute from the C:\Win7DVD\Win7OS64 folder, but for whatever reason, after doing it and going back, the "Read Only" is selected again. Removing the "Read Only" might be the key.
This fix should have worked, but no dice.

Windows really can be a piece of work sometimes.
Someone suggested it might have to do with Networking attributes, but I am not sure what to do.

Someone here mentioned a success bootable W7 creation disk with much simpler steps.
